Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an RN for the Progressive Care Unit in Longmont, CO. This onsite night-shift role demands a valid RN license and ICU/PCU exposure. You will provide high-level direct patient care and participate in a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

Competence in BLS/ACLS before start date is required, with certification valid through the hire window. The position offers full-time scheduling and a comprehensive benefits program in a collaborative hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• State licensure as RN.
• 6 months ICU/PCU nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.
• BLS and ACLS certification before start date.
• BLS/ACLS cards valid through 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in PCU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective and evidence-based practice.
• Precept new staff and learners in clinical settings.
