Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a dedicated RN for the PCU - Progressive Care Unit on the night shift. This full-time staff position focuses on providing high-quality, safe nursing care and coordinating patient care using the nursing process.

Required: graduate of an accredited nursing program; 1 year of RN experience for PRN status. Preferred: BSN or MSN; current RN license; ACLS/PALS/NRP per policy; strong adherence to safety, infection control, and hospital codes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 1 year RN experience required for PRN status.
• BSN/MSN preferred; current RN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe nursing care to all patients using the nursing process.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Administer medications safely and timely per hospital policy.
• Follow safety, risk management, QI, and infection control standards.
