Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Delivers patient-centered care respecting age, gender and cultural diversity.
• Coordinates care with patients and families and documents care plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team in rounds and handoffs to ensure safety and quality.
• Promotes patient safety and adheres to regulatory standards and hospital policies.
