Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Nursing diploma required; Bachelors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing process with evidence-based practice in an individualized plan of care.
• Provides patient-centered care respecting cultural differences.
• Partners with patients and families through rounds, teaching, and updates.
• Takes and monitors vitals; manages vasoactive/sedation drips as ordered.
• Oversees care for high-acuity pediatric patients and participates in codes when needed.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety goals, and shared governance.
