MelroseWakefield Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift coverage in Massachusetts. The role provides professional nursing care per physician orders and contributes to patient care plans within policy guidelines.

The RN independently cares for patients and families, guiding care across levels I–IV based on experience and qualifications. Minimum qualifications include MA RN licensure and BLS, with a preference for BSN.

Formación

• Massachusetts RN Licensure is required.
• Current BLS Certification desired for the role.
• Experience level varies by pathway level (I–IV) with minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Department-specific certifications may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Conscientiously evaluates and integrates evidence-based practice into clinical care.
• Conducts and documents accurate clinical assessments.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates the patient’s individualized plan of care.
• Uses nursing judgment to tailor the plan of care to patient needs.
• Manage own patient assignment and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Supports discharge planning and patient/family education.
