Job summary

MelroseWakefield Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a licensed RN to join our team across four levels based on experience. The role requires MA RN licensure, BLS, and department-specific certifications as needed, with experience varying by level. Night shifts and weekends/holidays are required.

The RN will provide nursing care, assess and plan care, and contribute to performance improvement, education, and discharge planning while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Department-specific certifications may be required for the department and patient care.
• Experience level varies by level I–IV as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients per physician orders and established policies.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the patient’s care as part of the care team.
• Develop and execute individualized care plans and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families, document findings, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Guide staff and participate in department committees and professional development.
