Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Registered Nurses for night shifts (11PM–7AM) on a full or part-time basis. Training to be a supervisor is available, with eligibility for Aetna health insurance starting the first of the month after hire.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and delivering patient-centered nursing care to residents in a geriatric setting. Excellent teamwork and communication with staff and families are essential.

Formación

• Experience with geriatric patients is desirable.
• Ability to communicate well verbally with residents, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of infection prevention principles/methods.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process in the care of designated Residents.
• Administers medications and treatments to residents and documents appropriately.
• Reports findings of ongoing observations to Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, or Unit Manager.
• Demonstrates knowledge of test/lab collection values and delivers direct resident care per policies.
