Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee night shift operations and coordinate resident care. This leadership role requires overseeing staff and ensuring care plans meet geriatric needs in compliance with facility policies.

The role emphasizes nursing practice, collaboration with the medical team, and supervising Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments to maintain high-quality, resident-centered care on the 1900–0700 shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assure that quality nursing care is delivered and discharge planning considered.
• Implement plan of care focusing on resident-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing assignments on the unit/shift.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
