Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an RN/LPN Night Shift Supervisor to join its dedicated team. The role involves nursing leadership, supervision of charges and CNAs, and ensuring high-quality resident care during the 7pm–7am shift.

The supervisor develops care plans, collaborates with physicians, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures while modeling professional nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent degree or higher.
• Current TN RN/LPN license.
• Experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Assure outcome-focused nursing care using the nursing process.
• Implement care plans consistently with resident-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as care plans change.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort through nursing skills.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit and shift.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
• Monitor and evaluate staff activities to ensure adherence to plans and physician orders.
