Job summary

Riverside Health System in Newport News, VA, is seeking a licensed RN for part-time night shifts (7pm–7am). Earn up to $50.23/hour with sign-on bonuses up to $7,000 for eligible RNs with 2 years’ experience and up to $6,000 for new grads.

Under supervision, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate total nursing care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree (diploma, associate, or baccalaureate) required or preferred as indicated.
• RN license in Virginia or compact state at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs per standards of practice.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate plan of care with patient and family.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team for smooth transitions.
• Ensure accurate documentation per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to support patient care and safety.
