Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Lincolnwood Place in a part-time night shift role. The LPN provides licensed nursing services, administers medications, and supports admission assessments and care planning per corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have Licensed Practical Nurse’s License current in the state in which they are practicing.
• CPR Certification required.
• English proficiency to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing services to residents following guidelines.
• Medication administration in compliance with regulations.
• May handle admissions assessments and documentation.
• Develop and maintain care/service plans or updates.
• Communicate health changes to physicians/family and document properly.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate with staff.
