Responsibilities

• Administer medications following regulations and company guidelines.
• May assist with admissions and assessments of new residents.
• Develop and document acute/long-term care plans or service plans.
• Track clinical data under direction (e.g., wounds, infection control).
• Provide health-related consultations to residents and staff.
• Notify physicians or family of health changes and document properly.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Maintain communication with departments and staff.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist with discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
