Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year of RN clinical experience minimum.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient health assessments and interprets data sets.
• Develops individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Delivers patient-centered care and coordinates with families and team.
• Advocates for patient rights and provides counseling as needed.
• Documents care activities and participates in outcomes evaluation.
• Collaborates with disciplines to ensure safe care delivery.
