Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license valid in Commonwealth of Virginia or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in bedside nursing and telemetry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient health assessments and interprets data.
• Formulates individualized plans of care based on assessment findings.
• Delivers care in a patient- and family-centered manner.
• Advocates for patient rights and coordinates care transitions.
• Documents care activities and updates the care team.
