Job summary

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of clinical experience and a BSN from an accredited nursing program, with the ability to obtain RN licensure in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
• If RN has an Associate's Degree, must complete BSN within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments to collect basic data.
• Deliver patient care using Inova's Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and according to standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and meetings.
