Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing or multi-state license with NJ endorsement.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
• Serve as clinical partner to physicians and providers for timely, coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families to support informed decisions.
• Document accurately in EMR for continuity and safety.
