Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT, for night shift. The RN will assess and plan care, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes on a 36-hour weekly schedule.

The role emphasizes coordination with the health team and adherence to hospital guidelines. The position requires a state RN license, BSN within four years of hire (unless 15+ years acute care experience), and BLS-HCP certification.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the practicing state is required.
• BSN degree must be obtained within four years of hire unless the RN has 15+ years of continuous acute care experience.
• Current certification: American Heart Association BLS-HCP (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate).

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs and participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
