Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BSN must be obtained within 4 years of hire if only ASN/ADN held.
• Ability to meet unit-specific certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with health team to deliver safe, effective care.
• Oversee care by LPNs/CNAs and participate in clinical rounds.
• Follow hospital policies and documentation guidelines.
