Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse for St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT. The RN will assess and plan patient care, coordinate with the health team, and support families while following hospital guidelines.

Responsibilities include supervising LPNs/CNAs, developing care plans, and ensuring accurate documentation. A BSN time frame and active RN licensure are required, with differential shifts available.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN with BSN progress within four years from hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care.
• Current RN license in state of practice is required.
• BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients' and families' best interests in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs and participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
