Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care on an inpatient unit. You will lead nursing assessments, coordinate care with LPNs/CNAs, and ensure documentation aligns with clinical guidelines.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license in the state, and a BSN within four years of hire (or substantial prior RN experience).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN degree; BSN within four years from hire unless 15 years RN experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients' and families' best interests in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and staff.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in clinical conferences.
• Follow evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines and policies.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs/CNAs and collaborate with the care team.
