Job summary

Allina Health is seeking an experienced Obstetrics RN for a 0.75 FTE night shift position in Shakopee, MN. The role includes antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum patient care with limited weekend requirements.

Responsibilities include care planning, coordination with care teams and adherence to evidence-based nursing practices. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's or Vocational degree with MN or WI RN licensure, BLS/NRP certifications, and a willingness to act as Charge Nurse or Preceptor

Qualifications

• Comprehensive patient and family assessment and outcome planning.
• Knowledge of evidence-based nursing practice and current regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to obstetrics patients during antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum periods.
• Coordinate, delegate and supervise nursing care to ensure safety and quality.
• Support charge nurse and preceptor roles as needed.
• Maintain competencies and participate in ongoing education.
