Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or 17 with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Observe, collect, and document patient health data per policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers under RN direction.
• Process physician orders accurately and document care for billing.
• Transport meds and materials following facility standards.
• Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs.
• Help with admissions, discharges, and rooming as needed.
