Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 1.0 FTE outpatient position serving Greenway, Bloomington, and Eden Prairie clinic locations as needed. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care in an outpatient setting.

Day shifts are 8 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, with 40 hours per two-week pay period; no weekend rotation. MN and WI licenses are required. You will lead data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing from an accredited school.
• RN license MN required; WI license if working in WI.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) or Allina in-house BLS.
• 0–2 years RN experience.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
• ANCC certification (within 1-1/2 years) depending on department (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess data pertinent to the patient's health and needs.
• Diagnose nursing problems and develop care plans.
• Identify measurable patient outcomes with family input.
• Plan and coordinate continuity of care with the team.
• Implement safe, timely nursing interventions.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise the care plan.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
