Job summary

Allina Health Mercy Mother Baby Center in Minnesota is seeking an experienced RN for Labor & Delivery and postpartum care. You will join a dedicated team with 24/7 on-site OB/GYNs and neonatal nurse practitioners, delivering high-quality maternity care.

The role requires RN licensure, either MN or WI as applicable, and L&D experience. The position features a 12-hour night shift, a 48-hour biweekly schedule, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Vocational nursing degree required.
• MN/WI state licensure on hire or registration as RN as applicable.
• One year of Labor and Delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to obstetrics patients during antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum periods.
• Coordinate care with OB/GYNs, neonatal specialists and support staff.
• Demonstrate evidence-based practice and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Mentor and precept newer staff as needed.
