Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery at Mercy Mother Baby Center in Minnesota. The role covers labor, delivery and postpartum care with a dedicated obstetric team. Work is 0.8 FTE with 8-hour night shifts and every 3rd weekend rotation.

Required is an RN license and 1 year L&D or postpartum experience; ACLS/BLS and NICU prerequisites may apply. The department emphasizes high-quality maternity care within a supportive, union-influenced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing is required.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (MN/WI depending on state) is required upon hire.
• One year or more RN Labor & Delivery or postpartum experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs; develop and adjust the care plan.
• Provide obstetrics care across antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum periods.
• Coordinate, delegate, and collaborate to ensure safe, effective care.
