Qualifications

• Current RN license (Ohio) in good standing (or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required.
• BSN degree required within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care in the Observation Unit 1 and across the continuum of care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs as per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in process improvement to improve clinical quality and safety.
