Job summary
HCA Healthcare, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to supervise the PCU and coordinate patient-centered care on a full-time night shift.
The CNC partners with leadership to monitor nursing care quality and serves as a resource for staff, supporting an exceptional patient experience. You will coordinate admissions/discharges, coach staff, and help improve outcomes with subject matter experts and leadership.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree required at time of hire.
- Licensed RN in the State of TX.
- BLS and ACLS required.
- 2 years of clinical practice in the unit.
- Leadership/management experience preferred.
- Certification in specialty within 1 year.
- Charge nurse course within 1 year.
- Leadership training and professional involvement preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
