Methodist Hospital Northeast is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. The CNC partners with management to monitor nursing care and serves as a resource for staff, supporting an exceptional patient experience.

You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions/discharges, drive outcomes with leadership, and provide coaching and scheduling support to staff.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nurse program.
• Registered Nurse License to practice in Texas or Active Multi-State RN Compact License; Compact License requires Texas RN within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare experience; BSN preferred with 3+ years healthcare experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
