Job summary

Medical City Lewisville is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Progressive Care Unit. This full-time Night shift role partners with a multidisciplinary team to supervise nursing care in accordance with policies, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

The CNC will monitor care delivery, support admission/discharge processes, and coach staff to enhance performance and engagement. RN license required with ACLS/BLS within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
