Job summary

Mission Hospital seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to oversee unit coordination and high-quality patient-centered care. The CNC partners with the management team to monitor nursing care and serves as a resource for staff, supporting an exceptional patient experience.

The role involves coaching, training, and collaborating with leadership to improve outcomes, while assisting with admissions, discharges, and staff scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of start
• BLS within 30 days of start
• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of start
• RN license is required
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of experience required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care in partnership with the management team
• Assist with admission and discharge processes
• Partner with experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement
• Assist with staff scheduling
