Job summary

AdventHealth in Winter Garden, FL is seeking an RN for part-time night shifts to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. You will perform initial assessments, coordinate care, and participate in hourly rounding using AIDET, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Applicants should have an Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and be licensed as an RN in Florida.

Qualifications

• RN with active Florida license (or eligible).
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Implement nursing care plans with attention to safety and accuracy.
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards.
