Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice (or compact license).
• One year of RN experience in acute care preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide patient education.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure safe discharges and continuity of care.
• Advocate for patients and families and support ethics and palliative care as needed.
