Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in the nursing process: data collection, planning, implementation and evaluation of the care plan with the healthcare team.
• Provide direct nursing care and assist with patient care under supervision of RN or physician.
• Contribute to the plan of care with input from patient and family.
• Perform data collection and focused observations, coordinating resources and referrals as needed.
• Administer ordered medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Conduct phlebotomy as required; ensure documentation and safety.
