Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital - Springfield is seeking a dedicated RN to join our night shift team in Springfield, MO. You will deliver direct and indirect patient care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and contribute to safe discharge planning, all while upholding compassionate, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN, ADN, or nursing diploma program.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process-Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to create personalized care plans.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues.
• Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions.
