Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for permanent night shifts in Minnesota. The role is 0.7 FTE (56 hours per two-week pay period) with an 8-hour night shift and every-other-weekend rotation. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, and leadership on the unit.

Requires Associate’s or Vocational degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred and current RN licensure. Union contract MNA-12 applies with a pay range of $44.64–$74.33 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Vocational degree is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Professional RN experience.
• Medical/Surgical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and establish a care plan.
• Coordinate, delegate and supervise care to ensure safe, effective delivery.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high-quality patient care.
• Lead unit operations as Charge Nurse or support orientation as Preceptor when applicable.
