Qualifications

• Associate’s or Vocational degree in nursing.
• Minnesota or Wisconsin RN license required upon hire.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) within 30 days; in-house option available.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish plan of care and supervision.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Coordinate, delegate, and collaborate to ensure safe, effective care.
