Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing licensure as RN in MN or WI, depending on state of hire.
• Associate's or Vocational degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• ED RN experience is favorable and may be required at some sites.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care, coordinating with the care team.
• Provide leadership and supervision for nursing responsibilities.
• Deliver high-quality patient care during trauma and urgent cases.
• Collaborate with families to establish realistic outcomes.
• Maintain competencies and follow evidence-based practices.
