Allina Health in Hastings, MN, is seeking a Registered Nurse for permanent night shifts with 0.75 FTE (60 hours per two-week period). The role includes 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and every 3rd weekend, in a unionized setting.

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, care planning, and coordination with patients and families, while maintaining competencies and applying evidence-based practice to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• RN license in MN or WI required depending on state of hire
• ACLS/ALS certification required (or Allina in-house ACLS)
• TNCC within 1 year, PALS within 180 days, other site certifications may be needed within 1 year

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and care planning.
• Maintains education and competencies to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Applies evidence-based nursing practice considering current regulations.
• Establishes measurable patient outcomes in collaboration with patients and families.
• Coordinates, delegates, and collaborates to ensure safe, effective care.
• Fulfills organizational requirements and supports unit operations.
