Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for a 0.75 FTE, 12-hour night shift on the Ortho Patient Care Unit in Minneapolis, MN. This role includes every 3rd weekend rotation and responsibilities across care planning, patient assessment, and coordination with the care team.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional RN experience preferred.
• Medical/Surgical experience preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in MN or WI as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Nursing is the assessment and treatment of human response to health problems; establish care plans.
• Comprehends and coordinates care, supervising progress and adapting plans.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Incorporates evidence-based nursing practice considering current rules and regulations.
• Collaborates with family and patient to set realistic outcomes and coordinate care.
• Fulfills organizational requirements and supports unit operations as needed.
