Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.
• Active RN license required; BCLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per policy and nursing process.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment, and discharge plans.
• Maintain infection control and monitor medical equipment for safety.
