Qualifications

• RN with current license and ability to practice in Indiana.
• Experience delivering patient-centered care in acute settings preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, safety and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care following nursing process.
• Documents findings, notifies care team of changes in condition.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Collaborates to implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities.
