Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure in state or compact license required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing processes and patient assessment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per policy and nursing process.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Document care thoroughly in the medical record and monitor patients.
• Maintain infection control standards and safety protocols.
• Operate telemetry equipment and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and discharge plans.
