Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in acute care.
• RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred per unit guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process and physician orders.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings; report changes to care team.
• Administer medications, monitor effects, and document administration.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
