Medical City Las Colinas is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Surg Tele on a PRN basis to cover night shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am) with rotating weekends. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.

As an RN, you will assess patients on admission, administer medications, document care, educate patients and families, and advocate for best outcomes in line with nursing standards.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• Associate's Degree acceptable initially; Bachelor’s required within 24 months.
• Current RN license in the State of TX or compact license.
• Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• 1 year acute care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications and document care in the medical record.
• Provide responsive care by addressing patient requests and needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up.
