Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Provide initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Document planned nursing interventions and outcomes within care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to revise care plans as needed.
• Lead process improvements to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
