Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with Associate’s Degree in Nursing and BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Current RN licensure with Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care in diverse, acute health care settings.
• Delegate nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the Ohio Nurse Practice Act criteria.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients.
• Participate in rounding and process improvement to achieve clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Lead and mentor clinical teams with feedback and education.
