Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes based on nursing diagnoses (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and adjusts care as needed (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality, patient satisfaction, and cost efficiency (10%).
• Operations - Performs daily unit activities with safety and efficiency in mind.
