Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN is required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health assessments and document findings.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs in accordance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Lead process improvement to achieve clinical quality, safety and efficiency.

Education

Registered Nurse license (Ohio or multi-state compact)

BLS certification

BSN required at 5 years of employment
