Job summary

UMass Memorial Health - Milford Regional Medical Center in Milford, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 7p-7a night shift on a full-time schedule.

You will apply the nursing process, perform patient assessments, develop discharge plans, and supervise care within the assigned unit while ensuring safety and quality. This role requires current MA nursing licensure and relevant certifications and offers a signing bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing license and registration.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire; ACLS/PALS in select areas within 6 months.
• RN with hospital or acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process from admission to discharge for patient care.
• Performs patient assessments and coordinates care planning.
• Directs, supervises and evaluates nursing care in your setting.
• Delegates tasks appropriately based on competency and role.
• Adheres to standards of respect and safety across shifts.
