Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Milford, MA is seeking a Night Shift RN to provide direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge. You will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate care while guiding the team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS through AHA or ARC required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required in select areas within 6 months of hire.
• PALS required in select areas within 6 months of hire.
• NRP Advanced Provider required in select areas within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for patient care from Admission to Discharge.
• Performs patient assessment/reassessment per standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care within the unit.
• Delegates tasks to others according to competency and job description.
